Individual Therapy

I accept adult referrals from individuals and other professionals including  Health Visitors, NHS, Doctors and company Human Resources departments.

Following our first contact, often by phone or email, or face to face interview. I will carry out an assessment of you through discussion with you and sometimes using more formal assessment, using Goodman’s strength & difficulties assessment tool. This is usually carried out in my private practise at my home in a comfortable environment (the surrounds include my personal affects) . I will then discuss my findings and recommendations with you and we can together decide whether you’d like to continue with this therapeutic process.

Individual therapy means that the sessions can be tailored your exact needs and can take place in a safe environment.
